Hello Serge,

If you can't make any call without performing a top-up, you are using a prepaid tariff plan (no contract). At the end of each call, he also can see how much call value is left on your screen.

If you receive invoices via mail/SMS or via post, you line is postpaid.

Do you use the same phone number (cf. the one you gave me via private messages 10 days ago) ? I just checked for you : this is prepaid. You can get postpaid by ordering online, or signing a contract into a BASE Shop.

I cancelled your phone number into your message for privacy reasons. It's better not to share this into a public post :-)

The phone number you gave me is indeed prepaid. You should have get an activation code via email when you ordered the SIM card. Can you check into the spam box too ? If you don't find it back, I will ask my colleagues to send it to you again, probably tomorrow.

okay I will do that I just read that activation code. Once I do that could you put me on contract instead of me driving 50 kms to get to the first Base shop. I live in the countryside hehe.

Have you tried to send "START PIN" to 1914 with a space between both words ?
For example : "START 12345" to 1914

I can't migrate this number to postpaid without a contract signed. It takes however a couple of minutes only to do it via our website. Then you will get a confirmation when it will be effective.

Yes, now its says "Sorry, this service is not available for the moment,. Please try again later". So when it´s going to work? Sorry I´m losing my patience today, having a tuff day hehe.

I'm sorry to read this isn't working. I asked my colleagues to check this and to send a new activation code.
