Hello Base,
I have ordered an plan online with the number transfer option from Scarlet to Base with the order number: 10513965 but it has been 2 weeks and the number has not been transferred to Base. I contacted several times your customer support but they are nonexistent. They keep telling me to contact you via email which I did but I never got any relevant replay and it takes 3-4 days for you guys to replay come on its 2017 and its not the service that we expect to be in the capital of EU. It seems that customer service is in the less important for Base.
Are you going to investigate asap this problem or I should I go with another operator and never look back toward BASE?
