Stolen phone, zero customer service

Phone stolen around 21h. By the time I noticed and got a friends phone to shut it down, customer service closed at 22h. Can't access customer zone via email only with text verification. So I can only cancel my phone with my phone? Any ideas?

You should normally be able to contact our Customer Service after 22h for that specific reason (Stolen/lost device) via the menu, when calling 0489191999.
