Hello my name is Serge Dardenne. My reference number is 762995640999. My sim Card hasn't arrive as promised on Monday 11th of January. I haven heard on anything about my emails that I have sent to you. I just wanted to know where my order as gone to?

Would someone tell me what I have to do next or I need to get another network? Need your help.

Hello Yoann,

I have already email them last night but no reply. What's the delay, they told me it was on the way on Friday morning, I think. I need it for work but I am using Skype but I don't have everyone on Skype any ways it would be nice to tell me so I don't need to stay all day in the house waiting, I got things to do. Also Proximus didn't come and pick their equipment and been waiting all day and they haven't connected me to tell they won't be coming and today I heard nothing from them and not even a call...very disappointing about management any ways thank for replying to my question. Any ways us Base looking for people high tech like me let me know where to send my resume (CV).
