Just as for your services, tariff plans and contracts, nothing will change for your invoices and payments.

You keep paying your BASE invoice via the BASE bank account number. Your invoice will remain to look the same.
Telenet customers keep paying their invoices via the Telenet bank account number.

At the moment nothing will change regarding...

- The moment you pay;
- How you receive your invoice (post, e-mail);
- How you pay (bank transfer or direct debit);
- The due date.

Are you a BASE customer as well as a Telenet customer? You will keep receiving two separate invoices: one invoice from BASE and one invoice from Telenet.
You pay the invoices separately (BASE Company and Telenet have serparate bank account numbers).
Do you like to pay via direct debit? Make a separate request at BASE Company or at Telenet.

Maybe some of you have already noticed... The specification "BASE Company" which is noted on the bank transfer form and the direct debit information, has been changed to "Telenet Group".

So in case you were wondering, don't worry, this is completely normal Smiley heureux
