Last year, BASE successfully launched BASEcloud. One year later, BASEcloud established itself as the perfect solution to store and protect your smartphone data. As from the 8th of February, this service will be partially inaccessible due to maintenance during the period of 7 days. During that timeframe, you won’t be able to change or upload your data. It will however be accessible via the basecloud.base.be address.
Your account is still active. As from the 15th of February, you will regain full access to your personal data back when updating the BASEcloud App. Your password remains the same. You will thus be able to keep using this service, and discover its new design and functionalities !
Hello Serge, this service is available for BASE customers only. If I remember correctly your line is Allo RTL. With a BASE line, you have to update the BASE Cloud app via the play store. Can you tell us more about this issue (error message for example) ?
