ik heb een nieuw simkaart besteld en heb deze ook in mijn gsm gestoken

ik probeerde het te activeren maar het is niet gelukt. Er is 24u voorbij, is dat normaal dat het zo lang duurt?

@nurblci75 wat is er precies fout gelopen met de activatie van je simkaart (bv. foutmelding)?

Select Activate your SIM card on the BASE homepage. Click on the option I bought my SIM card in a shop. Enter your SIM card number and the mobile phone number. To activate via eID, you need a card reader and eiD software from Zetes. Your details are filled in automatically. You are now registered. Enter your personal data.
